This course is designed for leaders, managers, and aspiring leaders who are responsible for guiding teams toward strong performance, accountability, and healthy collaboration – without relying on formal authority alone.
Format & Logistics:
- Prerequisites: none – just your readiness to lead
- Two days of 8 contact hours each (participants must be present to be certified)
- Successful participants receive the “Certified Team Leader 1” certification.
- Delivered in English or German
- A maximum of 12 students per course to keep the training interactive
*plus 19% German VAT for customers from Germany as well as privaet citizens from the EU. (1650€ plus 19% VAT = 1963,50€) EU customers with a valid EU VAT-ID as well as customers from outside the EU are not taxable in Germany.
